PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction vessel suitable for automating various measurements. SOLUTION: In a preferable form, a sample injecting part 12, a typing reagent housing part 14 and a mineral oil housing part 16 as recessed parts are formed on the same side of a flat substrate 10. Furthermore, a plurality of probe arranging parts 18 are formed. The typing reagent housing part 14 and the mineral oil housing part 16 are sealed with a film 20. The surface of the substrate 10 is covered with a releasable sealing material 22 of a size so as to cover the sample injecting part 12, the typing reagent housing part 14, the mineral oil housing part 16 and the probe arranging parts 18 through the film 20.
