PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making healthy plants produce a blue colored flower without the need of a horticulture apparatus and without damaging roots. SOLUTION: This method comprises spreading a heavy metal-containing compound such as a molybdenum compound-containing agent on a leaf surface instead of roots so as to make the healthy plants produce blue colored flowers without the need of an equipment such as a horticulture apparatus and without damaging roots.
