PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring constitutional ratio of genes with good measurement accuracy. SOLUTION: This method for measuring the constitutional ratio of the genes comprises the following processes. (1) A process of using a uniform solution-based nucleic acid probe complementary to any one of two kinds of genes, amplifying the gene and measuring the amount of fluorescent light changed in the amplifying step. (2) A process of amplifying the two kinds of the genes using a uniform solution-based nucleic acid probe different from that used in the process (1) and complementary to the two kinds of the genes simultaneously, and measuring the amount of the fluorescent light changed in the amplifying step. (3) A process of measuring the amount of the fluorescent light (the corrected changing amount of the fluorescent light) changed in the process (1) when the amount of the fluorescent light changed in the process (2) reaches a certain value. (4) A process of performing the processes from (1) to (3) for the two kinds of reference genes and obtaining a relational expression of the corrected amount of the fluorescent light changed and the gene constitutional ratio, (5) A process of measuring the constitutional ratio of genes of an unknown sample from the amount of the corrected fluorescent light changed of the unknown sample by using the relational expression obtained in the process (4).
