AROMATIC POLYAMIDE FILAMENT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

An aromatic polyamide filament and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to solidify uniformly the surface and inside of the spinning materials, thereby increasing the spinning winding speed without breaking the yarn. Solidification solution injection nozzles(11,21,31) are installed at the three solidification solution cisterns(10,20,30) so that the solidification solution is injected into the passed water through the nozzles. A portion of the solidification solution is stored at the bottom surface of the injection cistern and reused and the remaining portion thereof is stored in a solidification solution receiving box(51). The first solidification solution injection cistern injects the aqueous solution of sulfuric acid with the concentration of 10-20% into the spinning materials with the speed of 1-10m/second. The second solidification solution injection cistern injects the aqueous solution of sulfuric acid with the concentration of 3-10% into the spinning materials with the speed of 1-10m/second. The third solidification solution injection cistern injects water into the spinning materials with the speed of 20-25m/second.
