The present invention relates to a composition for external application for improving a skin disease (e.g. psoriasis). Said composition contains adenosy l cobalamin (coenzyme B12), opt. in admixture with other cobalamins. Preferabl e said composition is present in the form of liposomal preparations, which are made of a phospholipid and cholesterol.
