<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency switch module, improved in electrical characteristics, in which a high-frequency switch and other high-frequency component such as a SAW filter are composed and integrated, and a balanced/unbalanced conversion circuit, or the balanced/unbalanced conversion circuit and an impedance conversion circuit are provided. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a high-frequency switch module which comprises a high-frequency switch and a filter in a laminate constituted of dielectric layers having electrode patterns, wherein the high-frequency switch comprises a plurality of switching element, the surface acoustic wave filter of unbalanced input/balanced output is connected to the high-frequency switch, the surface acoustic wave filter is mounted on the laminate, a plurality of electrodes are formed on a bottom surface of the laminate, and a balanced output terminal of the surface acoustic wave filter is juxtaposed on a lateral side of the laminate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
