<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a property management system capable of grasping the unauthorized use of assets and preventing the leakage of secrets for confidential assets. <P>SOLUTION: The use of personal computers 1, 2, a file 4 in a cabinet 3, a server 19, and the like that are assets outside the prescribed hours is detected by an asset management program 35 in the server 19, and an alarm device 31 is operated for reporting to a security company. For the detection of the usage of assets, the movement is detected by an RFID tag 9 stuck to a mouse for a desktop personal computer 1 and an RFID tag 12 stuck to a display section 12 for a notebook computer 2. The movement of the file 4 is detected by the stuck RFID tag 17 and a tag 15 stuck to the drawer of the cabinet 3.
