<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be careful not to mistakenly attach an LED in case of attaching the LED to a substrate by hand. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a polarity setting switch 13 between a socket 11 for specimen mounting an LED for specimen and a socket 12 for dummy mounting an LED for dummy as the basis. The switch 13 and the sockets 11, 12 can be arranged in parallel with a direction of a symbol of the LED of the substrate. When the polarity setting switch 13 is changed over to the direction of the symbol, as a polarity of a lighting voltage is reversed which is impressed to the socket 11 for specimen according to the direction thereof, the switch 13 is changed over to the direction of the symbol. If the LED for specimen and the LED for dummy mounted on the sockets are lighted up, when the LED for specimen is mounted on the substrate in the state as it is, polarities are in agreement, and consequently any mounting mistake doesn't occur. Furthermore, if colors are compared at the time when the LED for dummy and the LED for specimen are lighted up, such a mistake as to mistakenly attach the LED doesn't occur. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
