PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a detection part to function as a pressure-sensitive belt, and to improve external appearance. SOLUTION: The detection part 8 is constituted of a detection substrate 5 whose one end is connected to a pressure sensor 1, and whose other end is connected to an external cable 4, for processing a detection signal from the pressure sensor 1 and outputting it to the external cable 4 side; and a cylindrical case 7 for storing the detection substrate 5, wherein the pressure sensor 1 side and the external cable 4 side are opened respectively. In this pressure detection device 9, when a vertically-movable sensor pressing member 2 is lowered by a load, it is detected by the pressure sensor 1, and the detection results are transferred from the detection substrate 5 to an external alarm part through the external cable 4. The detection part 8 is arranged on a domain where the pressure sensor 1 is not arranged, on the under face side of the sensor pressing member 2, and a cable escaping part 12 for lowering the upper surface height H of the external cable 4 is formed on a bottom surface part 10a on the external cable insertion part 10 side of the cylindrical case 7 of the detection part 8.
