PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance by increasing effective length as the whole of a heat exchanger by attaching additional heat transfer fins from a front tube plate to ends of heat transfer tubes to introduce them in a fluid passage after expanding the tubes of the heat exchanger, and to downsize a product in the same performance. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger 20 is provided with a plurality of heat transfer tubes 21, a plurality of first fins 22 and a second fins 23. The plurality of first fins are provided with a plurality of holes, and fixed to the plurality of expanded heat transfer tubes by having the plurality of holes pierced by the plurality of heat transfer tubes. The second fin is composed of a first member 51 and a second member 52, and arranged nearly in parallel with the plurality of first fins. The first member abuts on the plurality of heat transfer tubes.
