PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide clothing for fascia massage and a belt for fascia massage, relaxing a mesatipellic muscle and peripheral subcutaneous fascia and deep fascia just in wearing or walking by disposing removable large projections on the clothes or the belt to press the mesatipellic muscle during wearing. SOLUTION: In the clothing 20 for the lower half body such as spats or the belt, a plurality of projections substantially 20 mm to 40 mm wide and 10 mm to 30 mm high are disposed in a curved line on the right and left of the spine along the mesatipellic muscle at the back of the clothing or the belt so that in wearing, the projections 30 are abutted on the area from the starting part and the ending part of the mesatipellic muscle of the buttocks. The projections are substantially hemispherical with a diameter ranging from 20 mm to 40 mm and disposed in an area substantially 7 cm to 18cm from the top of the clothes.
