PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope cart which prevents heat discharged from a light source instrument from staying in the space in the cart and permits the use of the equipment mounted thereon in a good condition. SOLUTION: The endoscope cart has a light source instrument mounting shelf 5 to mount the light source instrument 30 which generates lighting light to be supplied to the endoscope and is provided with wallboards 1 and 2 in the sides other than the front side F. A ventilating fan 15 to replace air in the spaces in the wallboards 1 and 2 with outside air is provided on at least either the side wallboard 2 or the rear wallboard 1 facing the light source instrument 30 mounted on the light source instrument mounting shelf 5.
