PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition improved widely with its flexing resistance and breaking elongation which are weak points of an alloy material of a conventional liquid crystalline polyester with a thermoplastic resin, also suppressed with re-aggregation of dispersed particles by stagnation and thereby showing the less reduction of its characteristics thereby. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition is characterized in that (a) 1-60 pts.wt. liquid crystalline polyester and (b) 40-99 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin are blended so as to become in total of 100 pts.wt., the thermoplastic resin (b) is a continuous phase. the liquid crystalline polyester (a) is a dispersed phase, the mean particle diameter of the dispersed particles of the liquid crystalline polyester is 0.1-0.8μm and also the mean thickness of a boundary phase of the liquid crystalline polyester particles and the thermoplastic resin continuous phase is≥0.01μm.
