PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition peeling a medium to be recorded well with small burden to it. SOLUTION: The fixing device 19 is provided with a heating roller 31 and a pressure roller 32 which is brought into a pressurized contact with the heating roller 31 and transporting form 3 with the heating roller 31. Furthermore, a peeling member 50 working to peel the paper 3 from the heating roller 31 is provided downstream of the heating roller 31 and the pressure roller 32. The peeling member 50 is provided with first guide parts 52 and 53 and a second guide part 55. The first guide parts 52 and 53 are provided on the side of the heating roller 31 and guide in the outside passing part passing outside a pressurized contact region C1 in the form 3. The second guide part 55 guides in a inside passing part continuing from the first guide parts 52 and 53 to inside the pressurized contact region C1 and passing the pressurized contact region C1 in the form 3.
