PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens structure and an adjusting jig structure that can decrease the number of components, reduce manufacturing costs, and shorten an adjustment time etc. SOLUTION: The lens structure 10 which has a lens holder 14 and a lens 11 supported by the lens holder 14 is equipped with a swing component 13 which holds the lens 11 unitedly and is provided to the lens holder 14 to angularly be displaced around an axis perpendicular to the optical axis L1 of the lens 11, and then optical adjustments are facilitated as compared with a conventional structure capable of making adjustments to various angles with screws at three places while an adjustment standard is not distinct.
