PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerodynamic force measuring instrument and an aerodynamic force measuring method capable of measuring precisely aerodynamic force acting on a rotor. SOLUTION: This aerodynamic force measuring instrument 1 is an aerodynamic force measuring instrument capable of measuring the aerodynamic force acting on the rotor 4, and includes an air duct device 2 capable of blowing wind onto the rotor 4, the first wire rod 5a inserted into the rotor 4 to hold the rotor 4 rotatably, a frame 3 for holding the first wire rod 5a via the second wire rod 5b, and measuring equipment capable of measuring the aerodynamic force applied onto the rotor 4 by a wind blown out of the air duct device 2.
