<p>A wearing tool capable of attaining high massage effect by relieving stiffness of a body over a wide range by one vibratory and oscillatory action, and a health appliance set including that wearing tool. The wearing tool (10) consists of a vest-like wearing tool body (11) having shoulder pad portions (17), a back pad portion (18) and a waist pad portion (19), and a head cap (12) and calf pad portions (13) connected with the wearing tool body (11) by stretching oscillation transmission members (14, 15), wherein an elastic sponge body (16) is stuck entirely to each inner surface of each portion. When vibration and oscillation are imparted by an oscillation imparting device (30) to the back pad portion (18) of the wearing tool body (11), the vibration and oscillation are transmitted to the body through the entire sponge body (16). To receive vibration and oscillation, we sit down in a chair device (50) equipped with a seat portion (51) and a backrest portion (52) in a relaxed posture.</p> |
