<p>The invention relates to methods and devices for grinding different materials and can be used in the food, chemical and other industries. The inventive device comprises a loading hopper, a body whose internal cavity consists of grinding and unloading areas, a rotor provided with a corrugated working surface and column-shaped deck plates which are vertically arranged in the body, wherein said deck plates are positioned along a circle coaxial to the rotor, and partitions which are obliquely fixed between the adjacent deck plates. Said device also comprises calibrating screens, wherein the top screen is embodied in the form of a cylinder, placed in the grinding area, encompasses the deck plates and is adjoined to the oblique partitions, and a lower screen connected to the top screen and consisting of sidewalls and a bottom part. Said low screen is arranged in the unloading area in such a way that a space is formed therebetween, the deck plate external surfaces and the rotor base. A turner, whose shape corresponds to the lower screen bottom part, is arranged in the space formed between the rotor base and the lower screen bottom part. Said invention increases the material grinding efficiency by that a ready fraction of ground material is removed at each grinding stage.</p> |
