The invention relates to a multilayer substrate which is intended to be installed under a floor covering in order to soundproof said floor. The inventive substrate includes an upper layer consisting of a film of a polymer, such as polyester or polyethylene.The substrate also includes a central layer consisting of a thermofusible film having a polymer bitumen coating applied thereto. The substrate further includes a lower layer consisting of aggregates originating from recycled tyres, which are applied to an added polymer bitumen support or which are placed directly on the central layer.
