An apparatus for automatically closing a window of a vehicle is provided to prevent inflow of rain through opened windows by using a rain sensor to detect rain. An apparatus for automatically closing a window of a vehicle includes a plurality of window sensors(11), a rain sensor(10), and a control unit. The window sensors are adapted to detect the opened state of the window of the vehicle. The rain sensor is adapted to detect rain. A control unit automatically closes the window if the window is opened when it is rainy. The window sensors are installed at the front seat window and the rear seat window of the vehicle. More window sensors are installed at the rear seat window.
