A vacuum testing apparatus of a manhole for sewers construction and a complete inspection is provided to immediately identify a water leakage point through soapy water test during the generation of pressure loss. A vacuum testing apparatus of a manhole for sewers construction and a complete inspection includes a body of a bladder(1), a supporting rod(18), a cylinder(16), a guide rod(17), an external air compressor(20), and a pressure meter(5). The bladder is formed in a shape of a plurality of panels. The supporting rod is connected through a bolt by being received at a fixing frame(21). The cylinder is provided on a top side of the supporting rod. The guide rod is mounted inside of the cylinder. The guide rod is fixed to a top center of a bladder body to operate the bladder up and down by the cylinder. The external air compressor is connected to a vacuum generator. The pressure meter is formed on a top of the bladder.
