<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-shaped heat pipe that is flexible, can reliably hold a vapor channel even if it is subjected to bending, and has stable cooling performance. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet-shaped heat pipe comprises a sheet-shaped container 12 where the inside is held in a pressure-reduced state; hydraulic fluid sealed into the sheet-shaped container 12; the vapor channel 18 of the hydraulic fluid, and a capillary channel 14b provided inside the sheet-shaped container 12; and a plurality of posts 14c provided in the sheet-shaped container 12 for preventing the vapor channel 18 from being blocked, thus preventing the vapor channel 18 from being blocked since the posts 14c are provided even if the sheet-shaped heat pipe 10 is bent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
