<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction producing system capable of solving uncertainty of a user when the user selects a builder and the builder presents an estimate and the builder constructs a building for the user. <P>SOLUTION: The construction producing system comprises a builders data presenting means 42 for presenting data of builders suitable for construction conditions specified by the user when the user selects information of builders through a selecting means 40; a cost data presenting means 44 for presenting cost data of construction elements being the same with estimate contents entered by the user to the user when the user selects the information regarding appropriateness of the already-received estimate through the selecting means 40, and a desired inspection item memory means 36 for memorizing desired inspection items entered by the user when the user selects the information regarding inspection of a building through the selecting means 40.
