<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visitor management system which sets questionnaire items easily. <P>SOLUTION: The visitor management system comprises a reader for reading a card such as an IC tag, which records information electronically, the IC tag and the like; an information terminal connected to the reader; and a server for processing the read information. In setting the questionnaire items, the information in the IC tag owned by a visitor is read by the reader and, information in an ID management table in the server is referred to on the basis of the read information, and the questionnaire items along the line of visitor information are created on the basis of an attribute table, frame table, history table, and question table, and displayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
