<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a necessity of separate button operation in switching a touch screen of a portable information terminal having the touch screen. <P>SOLUTION: This portable information terminal 100 is provided with: a display means 11 selectively displaying a plurality of screens including a numeric keypad screen imitating a numeric keypad arrangement and a character keypad screen imitating a character keypad arrangement on a display device 20; a screen input means 12 detecting a touch operation on the screen of the display device and inputting an operation signal matching the operation; and a screen control means 13 displaying the numeric keypad screen or the character keypad screen previously associated with an input item instead of an input screen when the operation signal showing designation of the input item is input in relation to the input screen except the numeric keypad screen and the character keypad screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
