<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method and a communication system by which respective communication terminals participating in the group communication of PTT (Push To Talk) or the like recognize the geographical positions of the other communication terminals, and also to provide a communication terminal to be used for the communication system. <P>SOLUTION: First information relating to the geographical position is acquired in each communication terminal during the group communication, and the acquired first information is transmitted to a communication management device 200. In the communication management device 200, second information relating to the geographical position of each communication terminal during the group communication is generated on the basis of the first information received from each communication terminal, and the generated second information is transmitted to each communication terminal during the group communication.
