PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterless planographic printing original plate having excellent scratch resistance, particularly, durability against scratches on a printing plate. SOLUTION: The waterless planographic printing original plate has at least a photosensitive or thermosensitive layer and a silicone rubber layer, in this order, on a substrate, wherein the silicone rubber layer shows the initial elastic modulus of 0.39 MPa or less.
