摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for on-chip evaluation of a protein kinase activity responsive even to a high throughput for drug development screening by a simple method and having especially excellent aspects of specificity. SOLUTION: A method for detecting phosphorylation is carried out as follows. A solution containing the protein kinase or considered to contain the protein kinase is made to act on a chip in which a peptide or a protein is immobilized to thereby detect the phosphorylation of the peptide or protein by the method for using a phosphoric acid donor labeled with an R (radioactive substance). In the process, the phosphoric acid donor un-labeled with the R is made to coexist to carry out the phosphorylation on the chip.
