PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device which is easily manufactured and can effectively reduce flutter vibration by reducing an airstream and a turbulent airflow at the same time. SOLUTION: A cover 2 is provided with first convex parts 15, 16, in a range 28 except a range in which an arm on the surface of a disk crosses, for narrowing a gap between the surface of the disk and the cover or between the surface of the disk and a housing so that the gap may become narrower than the range which the arm crosses, and a second convex part which is provided at parts of the first convex parts 15, 16 for more narrowing the gap between the surface of the disk and the cover or between the surface of the disk and the housing than the first convex parts 15, 16. The second convex part 17 is provided in a range which expands in a fan-shape in a reverse rotational direction with a position in a range of 110°-170°, as a reference, which goes up in the reverse rotational direction of the disk 1 from a straight line between the rotation axis O of the disk and the rotation shaft 3 of the arm.
