PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of stably testing surface antigens having different sensitivities, without causing flaking, damages to the antigens, or the like during reaction. SOLUTION: For erythrocytes, irregular antigens, having different sensitivities on the surfaces, are subjected to deactivation according to the sensitivities. By making the erythrocytes in solid state react with a specimen inside a prescribed container, the differing irregular antigens in stable solid state, can be immobilized in the erythrocyte antigen test method.
