PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor capable of improving performance by reducing volume of a discharge hole. SOLUTION: A discharge valve 31 is nipped and held by an end face member 23 and a valve pressing member 32 by inserting a fixing bolt 33 into a through-hole 23b of the end face member 23 and screw-fitting it into a screw hole 32a of the valve pressing member 32. Since thickness of the end face member 23 can be reduced in this way, volume of the discharge hole 23a of the end face member 23 can be reduced and reduction of operation efficiency and increase of operation sound can be prevented.
