PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC stabilizing power supply device in which a transient response speed is fast in both cases when the output voltage rises by load fluctuation and when the output voltage declines by load fluctuation. SOLUTION: The DC stabilizing power supply device is characterized in that it is equipped with; transistors Q1 and Q2 which are connected in series between input voltage V<SB>IN</SB>and ground voltage V<SB>GND</SB>; a potential drop compensation circuit 1 which is set up between the transistor Q1 and the transistor Q2; an output terminal T3 which is connected to a node of the transistor Q1 and the potential drop compensation circuit 1; and a control part which performs on/off control of the transistors Q1 and Q2 according to the voltage (V<SB>TT</SB>, V<SB>SENSE</SB>) outputted from the output terminal T3, and that the potential drop compensation circuit 1 supplies a voltage larger than the voltage of the node of the potential drop compensation circuit 1 and the transistor Q2 to the output terminal T3.
