SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PATCHING-THROUGH A USER CALL

A system for patching-through a user call is provided. Such a system comprises a patch-through device (PTD). The patch-through device (PTD) comprises a receiving unit (RU) for receiving a user call related to a request for a service or a business, a database (BD) for storing information regarding services and businesses, wherein this information contains contact information and information related to the location of the services and businesses, and a selecting unit (SU) for selecting a service or business from among the services and businesses stored in the database (BD) based on a current location of a caller, wherein the patch-through device (PTD) patches the user call through to the selected service or selected business.
