However, an overall operational voltage of the discharging units connected in parallel with all of the clumping type overvoltage protecting units is set to be lower than a voltage resulted from subtracting a discharging voltage of the other discharging units connected in parallel with the clumping type overvoltage protecting units from an operational voltage of each clumping type overvoltage protecting unit. The overall operational voltage of the discharging units connected in parallel with the all of the clumping type overvoltage protecting units is set to be higher than an operational voltage of each discharging unit connected in series with one of the clumping type overvoltage protecting units from an operational voltage of each clumping type.</p> |
