A FOB monitoring system is provided to warn that the fob is located on a package tray and to improve a noise generation of a PIC(Personal Identification Card). A FOB monitoring system includes a plurality of ferrite coils(100,101), an air circuit(102), an inductive receiver(103), a free processor(104), a main processor(105), an RF power managing device(106), an ASK transmitter(107), a key button(108), and a resonator(109). The system further includes a memory(110) and a vibration sensor(111). The system includes a PIC unit and a FOB. The PIC unit controls at least one of opening and locking of a vehicle door and starting of an engine. The FOB performs the operation through wireless communication with the PIC unit. The FOB vibrates if a specific signal transmitted from the PCI unit is not normally received.
