<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition capable of improving the specific permittivity without deteriorating other electric characteristics (for example, a temperature characteristic of the capacitance, insulation resistance, accelerated lifetime of the insulation resistance and dielectric loss), and to provide its production method. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a production method of a dielectric ceramic composition for producing a dielectric ceramic composition comprising a main component including barium titanate and a fourth subcomponent including an oxide of R (note that R is at least one selected from Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb and Lu), wherein a material of the main component and at least a part of a material of the fourth subcomponent are brought to react in advance, and a reacted material thereby is used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
