<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic having a high dielectric constant and the small temperature coefficient of a specific dielectric constant. <P>SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramic contains a primary crystal phase composed of a complex oxide comprising Ba, Y, and Ti as main components and a secondary crystal phase composed of a complex oxide comprising Ca, Zr, and Ti as main components, and is composed of a main crystal phase as main crystal phases. When the primary crystal phase composed of a complex oxide comprising Ba, Y, and Ti as main components is assumed to be a mol and the secondary crystal phase composed of a complex oxide comprising Ca, Zr, and Ti as main components is assumed to be b mol, a and b are within a range of 0.15≤a≤0.2, 0.8≤b≤0.85, and a+b=1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
