<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color-temperature controllable light-emitting device capable of changing the color temperature of radiation light. <P>SOLUTION: The color-temperature controllable light-emitting device 1 comprises a blue light-emitting diode 21, a first burying material 110 for burying the blue light-emitting diode 21, an orange light-emitting diode 22, and a second burying material 120 for burying the orange light-emitting diode 22. The first burying material 110 contains a light-transmitting resin 111 and a yellow phosphor 113. The second burying material 120 contains a light-transmitting resin 121 and quartz glass particles 122, and does not contain the yellow phosphor. The quartz glass particles 122 are made of quartz glass containing at least one type of metal element selected from Al, Ti, Fe, Nb, Zr, Mn and Mo as impurities. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
