<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data distribution device which especially distributes data after confirming reception by a user regarding the data distribution device using a network such as the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: Request data transmitted from a terminal 1 are detected at a request detection part 4, a key code KS to be generated by a key code generation part 5 is registered in a key code storage part 6 and data (Ay) including the key code KS are transmitted to the terminal 1.
