<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data distribution device and an image distribution device, capable of distinguishing an available protocol when abnormality occurs, and notifying the abnormality to each server. <P>SOLUTION: This data distribution device has: a communication part 12 connected to an IP network, capable of communicating with the plurality of prescribed servers, and distributing data to a communication terminal; an abnormality detection means 14 detecting that the abnormality occurs on the communication and/or on the system; and an in-abnormality communication means 15 sequentially performing notification for confirming whether the communication in the protocol used in the communication by the server is abnormal or normal to the server when the abnormality detection means 14 detects the abnormality, and notifying the abnormality to the server of the protocol capable of performing the normal communication. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
