PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving jig capable of receiving a preform from a takeout jig in a state not sufficiently cooled without causing deformation in the preform to deliver the same to a next apparatus. SOLUTION: The receiving jig 21 for receiving the preform 1 from the takeout jig 12 to subsequently feed it is constituted so that the guide projection 21c inserted in the preform 1 is provided to the center of the receiving jig 21 while the space 24 vacuumized to the outside of the mouth part 1a of the preform 1 is formed and the negative pressure of the space is allowed to act on the flange 1b of the preform 1 to suck and hold the preform 1. Further, the air ventilation hole 35 communicating with the outside is provided to the guide projection 21c to open the inside of the preform to the atmosphere so as to prevent negative pressure from acting on the easily deformable body part 1c of the preform 1.
