<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating film cutting device of an electric wire by which an insulating film is not only completely cut without damaging a core wire, but also efficiency of electric wire treating operations is improved with excellent cutting accuracy and durability. <P>SOLUTION: In the cutting structure of the insulating film, a laser beam is irradiated in a reciprocating manner by reciprocating condenser lenses in a widthwise direction of the electric wire. The lenses collect the laser beam toward the insulating film which is irradiated to the insulating film. With such constitution, there exists no problems of poor durability and vibration resistance as in a structure using a galvanometer mirror publicly known conventionally, and the efficiency is improved in the electric wire treating operations. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
