<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the heat dispersion device of the cylinder for an injection molding machine constituted so as to disperse the hot air transmitted to a valve pin from a manifold to prevent the leak of a resin while cooling the valve pin. <P>SOLUTION: A valve pin clamping hole 3 is formed in the piston 2 installed in the cylinder 1 to clamp the valve pin 4 to the valve pin clamping hole and a piston bush 5 is clamped to the upper end part of the valve pin while a slide ring 6 is clamped to the upper end of the piston bush. The slide ring is fixed and installed by a fixing ring 7 after clamped to the valve pin clamping hole, the outside pin guide bush 10 is clamped between an upper fixing plate 8 and the manifold 9, a protrusion 11 and a recessed groove part 12 are formed to the base of the outside pin guide bush and an inside pin guide bush 13, to which the valve pin is clamped, is clamped to the inside of the outside pin guide bush so as to insert the head of the inside pin guide bush in the clamping hole 14 formed to the upper fixing plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
