PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a driving device capable of improving the sealing efficiency of a lubricant filled in a planetary gear reduction mechanism and capable of improving the durability of a sealing member in the driving device equipped with a reduction gear mechanism and a driving motor in a casing. SOLUTION: In a second case 30, the sealing member 19 for sealing the lubricant is arranged between the inner periphery of a through hole and the outer periphery of a rotating shaft 7, and an annular part 36 recessed to an axial direction is formed on the outer diameter side of the sealing member 19 along a peripheral direction.
