PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device and an image forming device capable of binding a sheet bundle without causing a tear, by a little electric power. SOLUTION: Folding roller pairs 26A carrying the sheet bundle while bending, are composed of a first roller 27 and a second roller 26 brought into pressure contact with the first roller 27 so as to be capable of contacting and separating. The second roller 26 is energized in the first roller 27 direction by an energizing means 700A having a plurality of energizing members 700 and 701, and this energizing member 700A is constituted so that the number of energizing members 700 and 701 changes in response to the thickness of the bending sheet bundle.
