PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform multi-stage releasing without increasing the thickness of a shift operation part. SOLUTION: A drive mechanism 39 of a rear shift operation part 16 has a plurality of operation parts 71a-71c movably attached to an attachment part 30 at a position left from a support shaft 31, engaged with a positioning claw 56 by one movement of a release lever in a first direction to move the positioning claw from a first engagement position to a first release position and aligned/arranged such the the positioning claw can be moved to the first engagement position by releasing the engagement with the positioning claw 56 by movement in a predetermined range of a turning prevention claw 57.
