PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technologies for preventing reduction of the interest of a player as much as possible on a game machine such as a pachinko game machine or slot machine. SOLUTION: The rotary-drum type game machine such as a slot machine has a plurality of winning combination and an internal lottery means for executing an internal lottery accompanying the starting operation of the game machine. Corresponding winning combination are predetermined for respective results of the internal lotteries. The internal lottery is executed based on extraction of random numbers, and the result of the lottery is determined by the comparison and collation of the extracted random number and the predetermined winning combination.
