An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form an equipotential loop between upper and lower array substrates by means of an ESD(Electrostatic Discharge) circuit and silver dot, thereby removing the static electricity. A conductive black matrix(104) is formed on an upper array substrate(170). A lower array substrate(180) is bonded with the upper array substrate and has an anti-static circuit(172). A silver dot(174) electrically connects the anti-static circuit and the conductive black matrix. The upper and lower array substrates form an equipotential loop by the silver dot and anti-static circuit. The anti-static circuit is an ESD circuit. The black matrix includes chromium. The anti-static circuit includes a gate electrode connected with any one among plural signal lines located at the lower array substrate. A gate insulating layer covers the gate electrode. A semiconductor pattern is overlapped with the gate electrode. Source and drain electrodes are formed on the semiconductor pattern. A metal pattern is contacted with the drain electrode.
