<p>A card device (1) with a wireless communication function, wherein a circuit board (2) is accommodated in a casing (3) and an antenna structure (4) is rotatably disposed on the outside of the casing (3). A motor (17) is provided which applies a rotational torque to a rotating shaft (12) of the antenna structure (4). A motor drive circuit (20) provided in the card device (1) comprises a circuit part that causes, in response to a wireless communication starting signal, an antenna structure raising current to flow in the motor (17), thereby rotating the antenna structure (4) in the raising direction; a circuit part that controls, in response to a wireless communication sensitivity information signal, the direction of the current flow in the motor (17) so as to maintain a high wireless communication sensitivity, thereby controlling the rotational position of the antenna structure (4); and a circuit part that causes, in response to a wireless communication terminating signal, a current, which has the opposite flow direction to the antenna structure raising current, to flow in the motor (17), thereby rotating the antenna structure (4) in the housing direction.</p> |
