A metal clock assistant case is provided to remove inconvenience by a rough surface of a chain and a protruded part in wearing the metal clock, and to prevent the back of the hand from becoming rough in a long wear. The metal clock assistant case is manufactured by the steps of: covering a metal clock body with a case made of a transparent material and bonding a movement part by a magic tape of a transparent material; preventing obstruction of a design by using a transparent material so as not to obstruct an exterior of the metal clock body; and transforming the design of the whole clock by changing a color of the transparent material, inserting a pattern, or slightly changing a shape.
